Hirage of Facilities

IBPC church facilities are a popular venue for one off events from birthday parties to art exhibitions. We can also accommodate weddings and funerals. To make a booking please contact the church office.

IBPC is an alcohol free venue, however members or friends of the congregation may apply to parish council to have this lifted for champagne and wine only.  

Current Casual Hirage Rates:

Venue Hire Not-for Profit Organisation - $25 per hour + GST 

Venue Hire Commercial - $50 per hour + GST 

While our regular booking slots are often full, if you require a regular booking please contact the office to see if there is any available space.

Weddings:

Hire of the facilities for weddings can include any or all of the following:

Church: $150 + GST

Hall: $25 per hour + GST 

Minister: $200 including preparatory meetings ($250 if the wedding is to be performed in another venue)

Organist: $100 including rehearsal and service

Sound Technician: $100 including rehearsal, service, set up and use of church sound equipment
