ANZAC Day

Every year on 25th April the Island Bay community gathers to remember those who have served. The remembrance begins with a parade from St Hilda’s to Island Bay School. The ceremony usually starts at midday. A memorial commemorating local lives lost to war resides at the top of the school property.
